Compression Method

In order to generate high hematocrit, we initially distribute Red blood cells(RBCs) in a large space, and then moving two parallel rigid plate with opposite direction. We apply a repulsive force when the plate  is near RBCs, then we can get high hematocrit by adjusting the moving distance of the two plates.
